These services involve strategic planning, expert time, technical setup, and execution. Therefore, once work has begun, service fees are generally non-refundable.

2. Service Fee Refunds

a) Before Work Commencement

If a refund request is made before project planning or execution has started, a partial refund may be considered after deducting consultation and administrative charges.

b) After Work Has Started

Once strategy development, campaign setup, design work, or optimization has begun, payments made are non-refundable.

3. Website Development Projects

• Initial advance payments are non-refundable once design or development begins.

• If a project is terminated midway, payment for completed milestones will remain due.

• Completed deliverables will be handed over only after full payment clearance.

4. Advertising Budget

Advertising spend paid to third-party platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) is separate from agency service fees.

BD Creation does not control platform billing policies and cannot refund advertising budgets once spent. Any refund related to ad spend is subject to the respective platform’s refund terms.

5. Performance Disclaimer

Digital marketing performance depends on several external factors including:

• Industry competition

• Market demand

• Platform algorithm changes

• Customer behavior

As a result, BD Creation does not guarantee specific revenue, rankings, or lead volume. Refund requests based solely on performance expectations will not be accepted.

6. Cancellation Policy

For recurring services:

• A written cancellation request must be sent to info@bdcreation.in

• A minimum 15-day notice prior to the next billing cycle is required

For fixed-term agreements, cancellation terms will be governed by the signed contract.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered in limited cases such as:

• Duplicate payments
